About Alyssa Kavner

For the past decade, Alyssa Kavner (she/they), MA, BCBA, has served in a leadership role in Autism Services. As a biracial, Mexican-American, member of the LGBTQIA+ community, and coming out later in life, her mission is to create environments for associates and clients to feel seen and understood. In her current role as one of the Vice Presidents for Autism Services at the Easterseals Southern California, she oversees the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) department. With her expertise in training, supporting organizations in cultural shift, and mentoring staff in personal and professional development, Alyssa has given presentations at many organizations throughout Southern California.
